★ Pothole & Patch Repair

Repairs That Are Built To Actually Hold.

A pothole is a safety hazard and a sign the base underneath has already failed. We fix the cause, not just the hole — so you're not paying for the same repair again next season.

What Is It?

Pothole & Patch Repair

Full-depth patch repair means cutting out the failed section of asphalt entirely, repacking and compacting the base underneath, then laying and compacting fresh asphalt back into the space. It's the difference between an actual repair and a cheap surface patch that fails again within a season.

Why It Matters

Why Pothole & Patch Repair Matters In The Panhandle

Safety & Liability

Potholes are a real tripping and vehicle-damage hazard on any commercial or residential property — and a liability if someone gets hurt on your lot.

A Quick Patch Doesn't Hold

Cold-patch, throw-and-go repairs sit on top of a still-broken base. Without repacking the base, the same spot fails again — often within months.

It Only Gets Worse

Every freeze-thaw cycle and every vehicle that drives over a failing spot makes the damage spread further into the surrounding asphalt.

Signs To Watch For

Do You Need This Service?

A visible pothole, even a small one

A sunken or noticeably uneven section of pavement

Alligator cracking (a web of interconnected cracks) signaling the base has failed underneath

A previous patch that's already failing again

How It Works

Our Process

1

Mark & Cut Out

The damaged area is clearly marked and cut out to a clean edge.

2

Remove Failed Material

All broken asphalt and compromised base material is removed.

3

Repack The Base

The base underneath is repacked and compacted — this is the step a cheap patch skips.

4

Lay & Compact New Asphalt

Fresh asphalt is laid, compacted, and graded to match the surrounding surface for proper drainage.

Common Questions

Pothole & Patch Repair FAQ

Isolated potholes or failed sections usually just need patch repair. A full repave is only necessary when the base has failed across most of the lot or driveway — we'll walk the property and tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Once the asphalt is compacted and cooled, typically the same day to 24 hours depending on weather — we'll confirm the exact window on-site.

Most quick patches are cold-patch material laid over a base that was never actually repaired. It looks fixed for a while, but the underlying problem is still there.
